The flat is just a short distance from the Sunnegga cable car, which takes you straight up into the mountains to the walking trails or, in winter, to the ski slopes.

The location

The flat is less than a 10-minute walk from the station. It’s about 450–500 metres on foot. By taxi, it takes about 2 minutes and costs around 25 CHF. The town centre and Bahnhofstrasse, with all its shops and restaurants, are less than an 8-minute walk away. Next to the building is a restaurant called Chez Heini, or about 50 metres further on you’ll find the Walliserstube or the restaurant at the Hotel Holiday, where you can enjoy a very good meal.

The nearest ski hire shop is opposite the Sunnegga cable car or by the stream, about 150 metres away. It is also just a 150-metre walk to the Sunnegga cable car station, which greatly enhances your skiing or hiking experience. This cable car takes you up the mountain in 7 minutes, where you can enjoy the wonderful hiking and skiing paradise. The nearest supermarket is about 300 metres away.

   Verifiziert Great place to stay while visiting Zermatt with my family of four. It was very close to all of the attractions and the flat was in pristine condition. We made a couple meals in the kitchen and there were plenty of pans and cooking utensils to choose from. When we had a concern, Oliver responded to us right away. Cet appartement, chaleureux et décoré avec soin, bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal entre le centre et le principal téléphérique. It was spacious enough for the five of us, and we enjoyed three wonderful nights there.The house is located on a quiet little hill, about a 10-12 minute walk from the train station, and the scenic walk made it feel effortless.Oliver was an incredibly helpful host and left a great impression on us.    Verifiziert Oliver’s place was amazing. It comes with two toilets so that’s really convenient for a bigger family. The master toilet is huge and warm. The washer and dryer came in very handy. The kitchen is functional and we could get some cooking done easily. We also like that there is a capsule coffee machine! Although it is located quite a distance from the main train station, once you get used to it, it really isn’t that far. We pushed our luggage all the way to the apartment. After a long and tiring day out, we really looked forward to returning to the apartment every evening. Oliver also dropped by to say hi, which was a really warm gesture. We also appreciated the bottle of wine from Oliver, which made us feel very welcomed. Definitely a great experience that we won’t forget!

☹ přístup do apartmánu - je možný pouze přes restauraci/pizzerii, foto na booking jsou velmi profi, úplně neodpovídá realitě, tupé nože, posuvné balkonové dveře jdou ztěžka zavřít, uložení lyží a lyžáků je možné pouze v kumbále/skladu, který je součástí restaurace, který je standardně používaný na odkládání nepotřebných věcí a nápojů, ranní rachot (od 5:45) pod okny do vnitrobloku- popelnice atd., odpad musíte vynést sám, popelnice nebyly u objektu
