Our services are available both in summer and winter, however, they should be booked well in advance.
We will be happy to organize a transfer for you from the airport or train station directly to one of our accommodations. For your arrival/departure by train at Zermatt station, we can book an electric cab for you. Please let us know your exact arrival time by e-mail before your arrival. Please note that Zermatt is car free. You can leave your vehicle on arrival at the terminal Täsch or one of the numerous parking facilities offered against a fee around the area.
All our vacation apartments and chalets have free Wi-Fi in all facilities. We guarantee the highest download and upload speed for trouble-free working. You can find the respective login details in the info folders, or in the houses and apartments.
All our houses and apartments come with basic equipment. This includes not only the fully equipped kitchen and living areas, but in the bathroom, you will also find various toiletries, towels and bed linen, coffee and tea, as well as a selection of spices, and the waste bags of the municipality of Zermatt, which are subject to a fee.
While not all of our houses accept pets, in some of our houses the four-legged friends are also very welcome, but please do always send a request in time!
There is an extra charge of 39 CHF per pet for the whole stay. A bowl (without food) can also be provided on your request.
Each house and apartment have a spacious ski cellar or ski room to store your winter sports equipment. Some of the rooms have a ski boot heater and benches to comfortably put on ski boots.
Our higher priced apartments and vacation apartments have care products available which you may feel free to use for a relaxing bath or shower.
Would you like a worry-free arrival and a full fridge for the very first hours in your apartment?
