Located directly opposite the ice rink in winter and the tennis courts in summer, you can reach both the railway station and the Gornergrat railway in just 5 minutes on foot (approx. 200 m). The famous Bahnhofstrasse with its inviting restaurants, boutiques, and bars is just a few steps away – this is where the heart of the town beats.

The 72 m² 2.5-room flat has been designed with great attention to detail and warm wood. The open-plan living and dining area features a cosy sofa, an armchair, a television and a dining table for four people – perfect for unwinding after an eventful day in the mountain

The fully equipped kitchen will delight any amateur chef: in addition to a dishwasher, oven, kettle and microwave, there is also a fondue and raclette set available – for cosy Swiss evenings in a private atmosphere.

The location

This spacious flat is located right in the centre of Zermatt, 50 metres from Bahnhofstrasse and 200 metres from the railway station or the Gornergrat railway. All shops, such as bakeries, butchers, and supermarkets, are right on your doorstep. There are also various restaurants, bars and cafés. The Zermatt event square, which also serves as a tennis court in summer, is next to the building. In winter, you will find the ice rink behind the building, and various ski and bike shops are also available on the street. The nearest mountain railway is the Sunnegga Bahn or the Gornergrat.

   Verifiziert Great place to stay while visiting Zermatt with my family of four. It was very close to all of the attractions and the flat was in pristine condition. We made a couple meals in the kitchen and there were plenty of pans and cooking utensils to choose from. When we had a concern, Oliver responded to us right away. Cet appartement, chaleureux et décoré avec soin, bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal entre le centre et le principal téléphérique. It was spacious enough for the five of us, and we enjoyed three wonderful nights there.The house is located on a quiet little hill, about a 10-12 minute walk from the train station, and the scenic walk made it feel effortless.Oliver was an incredibly helpful host and left a great impression on us.    Verifiziert Oliver’s place was amazing. It comes with two toilets so that’s really convenient for a bigger family. The master toilet is huge and warm. The washer and dryer came in very handy. The kitchen is functional and we could get some cooking done easily. We also like that there is a capsule coffee machine! Although it is located quite a distance from the main train station, once you get used to it, it really isn’t that far. We pushed our luggage all the way to the apartment. After a long and tiring day out, we really looked forward to returning to the apartment every evening. Oliver also dropped by to say hi, which was a really warm gesture. We also appreciated the bottle of wine from Oliver, which made us feel very welcomed. Definitely a great experience that we won’t forget!

☹ přístup do apartmánu - je možný pouze přes restauraci/pizzerii, foto na booking jsou velmi profi, úplně neodpovídá realitě, tupé nože, posuvné balkonové dveře jdou ztěžka zavřít, uložení lyží a lyžáků je možné pouze v kumbále/skladu, který je součástí restaurace, který je standardně používaný na odkládání nepotřebných věcí a nápojů, ranní rachot (od 5:45) pod okny do vnitrobloku- popelnice atd., odpad musíte vynést sám, popelnice nebyly u objektu
