Joe`s Place, a duplex penthouse that offers plenty of space and room for holidaymakers who do not want to do without comfort and luxury even during the time of vacation.

A family or 2 couples will find plenty of space here on 158 m². The view of the Matterhorn from the bed when it is touched by the first rays of sunshine in the morning is more than an unforgettable moment. You can enjoy the unique panorama from the two south-facing balconies. This apartment has a 70sqm spacious dining, living and kitchen area with atmospheric roof beams.

The comfortable kitchen equipped with cooking island and induction stove will satisfy all your needs. Oven, freezer, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine and steamer are available here to prepare or have prepared the finest dishes. A large wooden dining table can comfortably seat up to 8 people.

The fireplace in the living/dining area creates even more atmosphere. A library with a small workstation fits perfectly into this luxury flat. Numerous elements inside the accommodation are designed in the style of the authentic and rustic mountain village.

Moreover, the living area on the upper floor is conveniently connected to the lower floor via stairs. It is there where you will find the two spacious bedrooms with molded closets and bathrooms. The main bathroom has a shower and a huge bathtub with whirlpool function. In the smaller bathroom there is a shower and a toilet. The day toilet can be found in the living-dining area.
Wi-Fi and cable TV are of course included in this apartment, as well as the possibility to use the washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. You can reach the apartment via an elevator in the house.

The location

The apartment is located in the Wiesti neighborhood. The train station is just an 8- to 10-minute walk away. The Sunnegga-Rothorn valley station is also just two minutes away. The bus stop for the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, which is located at 3,882 meters, is just 1 minute away. The apartment is in a very quiet location, and restaurants and shops are right nearby. The town center is about 800 meters away.

We made a couple meals in the kitchen and there were plenty of pans and cooking utensils to choose from. When we had a concern, Oliver responded to us right away. Cet appartement, chaleureux et décoré avec soin, bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal entre le centre et le principal téléphérique. It was spacious enough for the five of us, and we enjoyed three wonderful nights there.The house is located on a quiet little hill, about a 10-12 minute walk from the train station, and the scenic walk made it feel effortless.Oliver was an incredibly helpful host and left a great impression on us.    Verifiziert Oliver’s place was amazing. It comes with two toilets so that’s really convenient for a bigger family. The master toilet is huge and warm. The washer and dryer came in very handy. The kitchen is functional and we could get some cooking done easily. We also like that there is a capsule coffee machine! Although it is located quite a distance from the main train station, once you get used to it, it really isn’t that far. We pushed our luggage all the way to the apartment. After a long and tiring day out, we really looked forward to returning to the apartment every evening. Oliver also dropped by to say hi, which was a really warm gesture. We also appreciated the bottle of wine from Oliver, which made us feel very welcomed. Definitely a great experience that we won’t forget!

☹ přístup do apartmánu - je možný pouze přes restauraci/pizzerii, foto na booking jsou velmi profi, úplně neodpovídá realitě, tupé nože, posuvné balkonové dveře jdou ztěžka zavřít, uložení lyží a lyžáků je možné pouze v kumbále/skladu, který je součástí restaurace, který je standardně používaný na odkládání nepotřebných věcí a nápojů, ranní rachot (od 5:45) pod okny do vnitrobloku- popelnice atd., odpad musíte vynést sám, popelnice nebyly u objektu

How do I get to Zermatt?

Zermatt is car-free and easily accessible by train or taxi. If you’re traveling by car, park in Täsch and continue on to Zermatt by train or taxi from there.

Where can I park in Täsch?

Our guests receive a 10% discount at Parking Schaller in Täsch. We will send you the corresponding promo code after you make your reservation.

When are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is available starting at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

If availability permits, we’re happy to arrange an early check-in or late check-out. Please let us know your preference as early as possible.

How do I get the key?

A few days before your arrival, you will receive step-by-step instructions with all the information you need about getting to the apartment and picking up the keys.

How do I get from Täsch to Zermatt?

The Zermatt Shuttle runs regularly between Täsch and Zermatt. You can find schedules and tickets on the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn website.

What are the cancellation policies?

If you cancel at least 30 days before the start of your reservation, you will receive a full refund.

Is a security deposit required?

No, we do not require a security deposit.

Are bed linens and towels provided?

Yes. Each bed is freshly made, and a set of towels is provided for each guest. For shorter stays, additional bed linens or towels can be provided upon request for an extra charge.

Are the kitchens fully equipped?

Our kitchens are equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. Nothing stands in the way of a cozy raclette evening in your home in Zermatt.

Is the visitor's tax included in the price?

Yes. The visitor’s tax is included in the booking price. It is CHF 4 per adult per night and CHF 2 per child per night.

What's included in the price?

The price includes fresh bed linens and towels, as well as a small starter kit with coffee capsules, a trash bag, and dish soap.

Is there free Wi-Fi?

Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available in all of our apartments.

Are pets allowed?

Selected apartments have shared ski storage areas where you can store luggage or skis before or after your stay. These areas cannot be locked individually. Lockable luggage lockers are available at the Zermatt train station.

Is there a washing machine?

Laundry facilities vary by apartment. Please refer to the amenities listed for your accommodation. Alternatively, we recommend Alpine Laundry at Schluhmattstrasse 3 in Zermatt.

No. All Inspiring Places apartments are non-smoking.

Is cleaning included during the stay?

Each apartment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before your arrival. Final cleaning after your departure is also included. For stays of more than seven nights, an additional cleaning is provided during your stay.

How do I get to the ski lifts, and where can I buy ski passes?

You can reach the Zermatt mountain and ski areas via Sunnegga, the Gornergratbahn, and the Matterhorn Express. The Matterhorn Express also takes you to the Italian side, to the Cervinia ski area. You can purchase ski passes at the mountain railway ticket offices or online at Matterhorn Paradise.

Where can I buy groceries in Zermatt?

There are several supermarkets in the center of Zermatt, including Coop, Migros, and Denner.
