Villa Emanuel is a spacious flat for 2 people in the old village centre of Zermatt.. This spacious holiday flat of approx. 45 m² has a balcony and direct access to the old town. The bus stop for the ski buses is around the corner, about 50 metres away. This flat is ideal for guests who do not want to travel long distances in Zermatt and want to stay right in the centre.

The flat is furnished with a large sofa and TV in the living room Living and dining takes place in the open living area. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen complements this flat to create a place of well-being.

A cooker and oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine are available to enjoy a relaxing holiday and feel at home at the same time.

There is a bedroom on the upper floor with 2 single beds & a bathtub. There is a bedroom upstairs with 2 single beds & a bathtub.

the property is located in the center of Zermatt It is only 50 metres away from the lively Bahnhofstrasse and also from the bus stop for the ski buses. the sunegga express is only 250 meters far. The restaurants and shops can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot. You couldn’t live more centrally in Zermatt.

   Verifiziert Great place to stay while visiting Zermatt with my family of four. It was very close to all of the attractions and the flat was in pristine condition. We made a couple meals in the kitchen and there were plenty of pans and cooking utensils to choose from. When we had a concern, Oliver responded to us right away. Cet appartement, chaleureux et décoré avec soin, bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal entre le centre et le principal téléphérique.    Verifiziert The flat is lovely, location is good! We were a group of 4 adults and one child and the flat was perfect for us. Warm, clean, it has all you need for preparing breakfast and dinners and it has two lovely bathrooms. Will definitely consider staying there again!

The apartment is also very close to the start of the trail to Blatter/Zum See and the cable car to glacier paradise. Would highly recommend!

   Verifiziert Zermatt was our first stop in Switzerland, and I'm so glad we chose Oliver's place. It felt cozy and comfortable as soon as we arrived, with almost all the essentials provided. It was spacious enough for the five of us, and we enjoyed three wonderful nights there.The house is located on a quiet little hill, about a 10-12 minute walk from the train station, and the scenic walk made it feel effortless.Oliver was an incredibly helpful host and left a great impression on us.    Verifiziert Oliver’s place was amazing. It comes with two toilets so that’s really convenient for a bigger family. The master toilet is huge and warm. The washer and dryer came in very handy. The kitchen is functional and we could get some cooking done easily. We also like that there is a capsule coffee machine! Although it is located quite a distance from the main train station, once you get used to it, it really isn’t that far. We pushed our luggage all the way to the apartment. After a long and tiring day out, we really looked forward to returning to the apartment every evening. Oliver also dropped by to say hi, which was a really warm gesture. We also appreciated the bottle of wine from Oliver, which made us feel very welcomed. Definitely a great experience that we won’t forget!

☹ přístup do apartmánu - je možný pouze přes restauraci/pizzerii, foto na booking jsou velmi profi, úplně neodpovídá realitě, tupé nože, posuvné balkonové dveře jdou ztěžka zavřít, uložení lyží a lyžáků je možné pouze v kumbále/skladu, který je součástí restaurace, který je standardně používaný na odkládání nepotřebných věcí a nápojů, ranní rachot (od 5:45) pod okny do vnitrobloku- popelnice atd., odpad musíte vynést sám, popelnice nebyly u objektu
